When you become the primary for a community's 1st class, you are responsible for correctly setting up the marketing poster (pictured below).
Here's what happens.
- We send out the primary coverage opportunity.
- You claim it.
- We confirm your shipping address and ship you, in 2 separate boxes, a poster and easels. These should arrive within 2-3 weeks after you claim a class.
- If you are responsible for 2 posters, you can pull out your phone and scan the QR code to confirm which poster is set-up at which community.
Once both items have arrived, you are responsible for setting them up next time you are on-site. Select the 3 images below to zoom in for an example. We want posters to the side of the direct walking pathway, but within sight for residents entering the fitness center or yoga studio.
You are responsible for emailing picture confirmation of the properly set-up poster to firstname.lastname@example.org. For the email subject you can put [community name]: Poster Set-up Confirmation.
